During a 90-minute Relaxation Massage, your therapist provides an extended full-body treatment with smooth, rhythmic strokes. You'll experience extra time on tense areas, check-ins for pressure, and a slower pace designed to deepen relaxation and soothe both body and mind.
Arrive hydrated and wear comfortable clothing to and from your appointment. Avoid heavy meals immediately before your session. Communicate any injuries, allergies or preference for pressure at check-in so the therapist can tailor the 90-minute experience to your needs.
Yes. Therapists routinely check in throughout the massage and can increase or decrease pressure according to your comfort. This 90-minute session allows more time to fine-tune techniques, addressing tender spots gently while still promoting deep relaxation.
Pregnancy is a special case. We offer modified relaxation massage for pregnant clients after the first trimester with trained therapists and side-lying positioning. Please disclose pregnancy during booking so we can recommend prenatal-safe options or medical clearance if needed.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete intake forms and discuss needs. After the massage, allow a few minutes to rehydrate and dress; take time to rest and observe how you feel before driving or returning to strenuous activity.
Drink plenty of water, avoid intense exercise for the rest of the day, and rest as needed. Apply gentle stretching or heat to any sore areas. If discomfort persists, contact us to adjust future sessions or consult your healthcare provider.
