Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to common questions about Eyebrow Tinting – 30 Min.
Tint typically lasts four to six weeks, depending on skin type, oil production, and aftercare routine. Exposure to oil, exfoliation, and sun can accelerate fading. Regular touch-ups every four to six weeks help maintain color and crisp shape.
We recommend a patch test 24–48 hours before tinting for anyone with sensitive skin or allergy concerns. Our dyes are formulated for brows, but if you have a known allergy or irritation history, consult a technician first.
Arrive with clean, product-free brows; avoid applying makeup, oils, or serums beforehand. Avoid eyebrow waxing or heavy exfoliation 24–48 hours prior. Bring reference photos if you have a specific shape in mind for best results.
Avoid water, saunas, heavy sweating and facial cleansers for the first 24 hours to allow color to set. Use gentle, oil-free cleansers afterward and avoid oil-based products to prolong tint life and prevent premature fading.
Tinting can greatly reduce your need for daily brow makeup by adding base color and shape, but very sparse areas may still need filling. Many clients skip penciling for weeks and enjoy a cleaner, low-maintenance routine.
Ideal candidates include those with light, fair, or thinning brows seeking fuller, more defined shape. Not recommended immediately after chemical peels or for known dye allergies; pregnancy or medical concerns should be discussed during consultation.
